Shop:
Mike's Motor Zone is a high-integrity, customer-focused independent shop serving domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. The shop operates 3 bays with 3 lifts and averages 45-50 cars per week with an ARO of ~$800 . Leadership is hands-on, including a Master Tech as General Manager. The shop emphasizes training, skill development, and a career progression model where Master Techs mentor A-Techs and B-Techs.
Location:
Lancaster, PA Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM (No weekends)
Your Role:
Perform general repairs (brakes, suspension, inspections) on domestic, Asian, and European vehicles Complete PA State Inspection & Emissions testing (licenses required) Support digital inspections and communicate findings to customers Collaborate with the team to help grow car count from 45-50/week
Requirements:
3+ years professional shop experience PA State Inspection & Emissions licensed Strong general repair skills; diagnostics a plus Positive, team-oriented, detail-focused attitude
