Nanticoke, Pennsylvania Join Our Team Encore Fleet Solutions is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Shop Helper / Trailer Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in aftermarket upfitting, repair, maintenance, and customization of semi-trailers for fleets and owner-operators throughout the region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the transportation, manufacturing, or heavy-duty repair industry. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn. Responsibilities Assist technicians with semi-trailer repairs and modifications Install aftermarket trailer equipment and accessories Perform basic mechanical, electrical, and fabrication tasks Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely Clean and prepare trailers for repair and delivery Assist with welding, metal fabrication, and assembly projects Maintain a clean and organized work environment Perform inspections and document repair findings Load, unload, and organize parts and materials Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to use basic hand and power tools Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a shop environment Valid driver's license preferred Experience with welding, fabrication, trailer repair, automotive repair, construction, or similar trades is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Stable, full-time employment Overtime opportunities Modern equipment and tools Supportive team environment Career growth in the heavy-duty transportation industry Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and learning new skills.
