3+ years of experience in a professional auto repair shop Strong diagnostic ability (check engine, drivability, electrical) PA State Inspection License (or ability to obtain) Comfortable with inspections, maintenance, and general repair work Reliable and shows up ready to work Team-oriented — willing to help and ask for help when needed Positive attitude — no ego, no drama HOWEVER … If you prefer to work alone, avoid helping others, or bring a bad attitude into the shop… this won't be a fit.
