Kenny Ross Subaru in North Huntingdon, PA is now hiring for Automotive Service Advisor. We are a large, successful automotive group that has been serving and growing in the Western Pennsylvania area for more than sixty years.

Job Duties:

Accurately records information such as name, addresses, and article to be repaired, or service to be rendered. Communicates with customers regarding status changes in work orders; Sets proper service level expectations with customers. Prepares work order and distributes. Cross-sells upgrade parts to service customers when opportunity is presented. Calls or writes customer to ensure satisfactory performance of service. Relays messages and special instructions to mobile crews and other departments. Meet/greet customers in person or on phone Maintain documentation, including PO, invoices, work orders, reports, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

Broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge Verifiable customer service performance record and/or training required An impressive work ethic Neat, clean and professional appearance Valid driver's license in the state of employment Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
