Competitive salary Free uniforms Paid time off Job Summary We are looking for an Experienced Automotive Diagnostic Technician to join our team As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles. You must be comfortable with using bi-directional diagnostic scanner, reading wiring schematics and have extensive knowledge of vehicle systems. If you have a "never give up" attitude and are willing to problem-solve until you find the best solution for the customer, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Confirm customer concerns and gather symptom history Road‑test vehicles to reproduce issues and verify repairs Use scan tools to read fault codes and monitor live data Follow step‑by‑step diagnostic processes to isolate root causes Test electrical circuits with meters and wiring diagrams Diagnose engine performance, misfires, drivability, ABS, HVAC, steering, suspension, and noise/vibration issues Perform inspections and standard maintenance tasks (brakes, hydraulics, fuel, ignition, AC, electrical) Document findings and communicate repair options to the service team Verify repairs with post‑repair testing and quality check Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business Qualifications PA State Inspection and Emissions license required More than 5 years experience in diagnosing electrical systems and wiring Strong customer service and communications skills are required
