Full-Time Job Summary Lin's Sunoco/Med-Van Transport is seeking a skilled and dependable Automotive Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles to ensure safety, reliability, and peak performance. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic abilities, hands-on mechanical experience, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics to identify mechanical and electrical issues Repair and maintain vehicle components including: Engines Suspensions Brakes Shocks & struts Steering systems Conduct routine maintenance services such as: Oil changes Tire services Wheel alignments Suspension adjustments Service and maintain ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and other electronic safety features Use hand and power tools efficiently while following all safety protocols Maintain accurate service records and documentation Communicate clearly with team members and, when needed, explain repairs to customers Qualifications Proven experience in a dealership or automotive repair shop Strong background in automotive diagnostics and mechanical repair Hands-on experience with: Transmissions Brake systems Suspension systems Tire services Alignments Ability to use diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools effectively Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Valid driver's license (required) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Stable, full-time position Opportunity to work with a well-maintained fleet Supportive team environment Growth opportunities within the company
