Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Alignment Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for performing wheel alignments on passenger vehicles, light-duty trucks, and medium-duty trucks, as well as Pennsylvania state inspections, oil changes, and light mechanical repairs. Responsibilities Perform wheel alignments on passenger cars, light-duty trucks, and medium-duty trucks Conduct Pennsylvania State Safety and Emissions Inspections on passenger vehicles Diagnose alignment, steering, and suspension concerns Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services Complete light mechanical repairs Maintain accurate inspection and repair documentation Follow all safety procedures and company standards Work efficiently while delivering quality workmanship Qualifications Pennsylvania State Safety Inspection License required Pennsylvania Emissions Inspection License required Experience performing wheel alignments Ability to diagnose tire wear, steering, and suspension issues Experience with light automotive repair and maintenance Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced shop environment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance Paid holidays and vacation Retirement plan with company contribution Ongoing training opportunities Stable, year-round employment About Us VEC Tire is a family-owned business specializing in alignments, inspections, fleet maintenance, preventive maintenance, and automotive repair services.
