- Full-time Maguire's Ford of Hershey, an industry leader in Central PA for over 90 years, has an opportunity for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor.
The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle maintenance/mechanical/repair experience. This role requires a strong communication skills with both customers and technicians.

Successful candidate will be responsible for taking inbound calls, schedule service appointments, generate repair estimates, work with technicians and communicate service needs to customers.
Essential Qualifications:
Greeting customers professionally to ensure a positive First Impression.
