We build them. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair Jaguar, Land Rover, and other import/luxury vehicles Handle advanced drivability, electrical, and diagnostic work Perform repairs using OEM procedures and factory tools Accurately document findings and recommendations Work alongside advisors and teammates to deliver a premium experience Stay sharp through ongoing factory and technical training What We're Looking For A-Level technician or strong B-Level technician with proven production Strong diagnostic ability, especially electrical and network systems Experience with import, European, or luxury brands preferred PA State Inspection & Emissions License (or ability to obtain) Valid driver's license and clean record Pride in your work and attention to detail Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented Bonus Points If You Have ASE or manufacturer certifications Experience with module programming and advanced diagnostics EV or hybrid certifications A track record of high productivity and clean, consistent work Bottom Line This is not a "wait around and hope" shop.
