Job Description

Automotive Service Advisor
SANDS FORD OF POTTSVILLE - SERVICE ADVISOR
Sands Ford of Pottsville is looking to hire an experienced Service Advisor for our busy service department. The ideal candidate will be able to work in fast paced environment dealing with customers concerns and technicians. We offer paid vacations, holidays off, health insurance and a 401k plan.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and working one on one with customers Preparing repair orders with an accurate and detailed account of customer concerns Working with technicians to prepare estimates for repairs Review customer history and recommend needed maintenance items Accurately prepare final billing and review with customers Must be able to work with multiple websites to verify warranty and check for recalls Qualifications needed: At least 1 year experience in an automotive/service role A clean drivers license and be able to pass back ground check Some basic knowledge of automobiles and automotive parts A positive attitude and a desire to exceed goals
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
