We're seeking an experienced Fleet Mechanic
- Heavy Equipment Technician to join us full-time, keep our fleet of vehicles, trucks, heavy machinery fully operational, and be part of a hardworking construction crew when needed.

YOUR ROLE
As our Fleet Mechanic- Heavy Equipment Technician, duties will include, but aren't limited to: Inspecting fleet vehicles, trucks, and heavy machinery and troubleshooting issues with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Completing accurate, safe, and high-quality repairs and routine maintenance services Accurately documenting the services you perform and the parts you use Collaborating with the operations team to support efficient workflows and minimize fleet downtime Traveling to job sites for mobile service calls and repairs Supporting construction crews with field work and project needs when required Complying with all quality standards, company expectations, and safety regulations
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Fleet Mechanic•Heavy Equipment Technician Qualifications:
5+ years of experience repairing and maintaining fleet vehicles or heavy equipment Valid and current Class A or B CDL Proactive problem-solving skills Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Willingness to perform mobile repair work at various job sites We're very proud of our culture, and we need people who will align with our core values.
