Job Description

Selinsgrove Ford is looking for a Quick Lube Technician to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who's looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry, performing routine maintenance services and light repairs while working alongside experienced technicians and service advisors. We've been a locally owned, standalone Ford dealership serving the Selinsgrove community for over 70 years

  • Weekly Pay Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Plan with Company Match Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay Employee Vehicle Purchase Plan Flexible Work Schedule Long-Term Job Security Growth & Advancement Opportunities Family-Owned and Operated What You'll Do Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks Inspect belts, hoses, filters, and tire pressure to identify potential issues Replace and balance tires as needed Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the service area Communicate clearly with service advisors about any additional maintenance needs Follow dealership and manufacturer service guidelines Support the service team by assisting with shop duties as needed What We're Looking For Previous experience in automotive service or maintenance required Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic Valid driver's license and clean driving record Selinsgrove Ford is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
