Job Description

We're now one of t and fastst-growing independent repair shops in the area. Business is booming — and we need a Rock Star Service Advisor to match our pace. Not an "opening act." Not a backup singer. We're talking about a main-stage performer. Someone who can crush it in a high-energy, high-volume shop, thrive under pressure, and still deliver a show-stopping experience to our clients.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay Range:
$80,000.00
  • $140,000.
00 + per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts, NO weekends. Here's How You Know You're the
One:
  • "100% commission-based pay" makes your pulse quicken—in a good way.
  • You're a natural closer, with a history of generating $100K
  • 150K per month in ethical, high-integrity sales.
  • The faster the tempo, the better your performance.
  • You have a solid 3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor (dealership or independent shop—doesn't matter if you've got the chops).
  • You show up like a pro, with a love for the trade and a dedication to doing right by the client, the techs, and the team.
The Money Talk:
  • 10% commission on gross profit you generate. Period.
  • If you can't make at least $100K a year here, this probably isn't your stage.
  • Our top performers earn well over $120K annually.
