Automotive Technician (A & B Level) | $25
  • 50/hr | No Weekends Tired of flat rate uncertainty, weekend work, and chaotic shops?
This is a structured, high-performing automotive shop where technicians are paid a guaranteed hourly wage , supported with strong systems, and never asked to work weekends. We're hiring both A-Level and B-Level Automotive Technicians who want consistency, respect, and a long-term home in a well-run shop. Key Selling Points $25

What You'll Do B-Level Technician Maintenance services (fluids, BG services, inspections) Brake and suspension work Basic diagnostics and troubleshooting Support production goals (25-30 billed hours/week) Learn from senior technicians A-Level Technician Advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, complex issues) Major repairs (engine, transmission, system-level work) Mentor and support junior technicians Ensure quality control and accuracy Productivity target: 35-45+ billed hours/week
What We're Looking For B-Level:
3-5 years automotive experience Strong brakes, suspension, and maintenance skills Basic diagnostic ability Team-oriented mindset
A-Level:
5+ years automotive experience Strong diagnostic ability (electrical + drivability) Ability to handle complex repairs independently Leadership mindset Required for both: State inspection license Emissions license Professional attitude and reliability Nice to Have ASE certifications Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience Tekmetric or similar system experience Benefits 100% employer-paid medical (employee) Dental & vision available
