MASTER TECHNICIANS

(A-Level)

The Focus:

Complex diagnostics, major repairs, and shop leadership.

Requirements:

PA Inspector License (Emission & Safety) , ASE Certs, and a fully stocked professional tool setup.

The Reward:

Highest base + top-tier commission splits.

MID-LEVEL TECHNICIANS

(B-Level)

The Focus:

High-volume repair (Brakes, AC, Suspension) and diagnostics.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience and your own tools to handle all standard mechanical repairs.

The Reward:

Competitive base + high-volume production bonuses.

ENTRY-LEVEL & GRADS

(C-Level)

The Focus:

Foundations—oil changes, tires, and maintenance while you learn.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED and a starter set of tools (we'll help you grow your kit as you promote).
