Job Description
Job Summary Looking for motivated individual to join our 45+ year family run shop. Work in a team atmosphere where high quality workmanship and attention to details provide our customers with outstanding results. Responsibilities Conduct PA safety/emission inspections--diagnostic work using advanced automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Perform repairs and maintenance on diverse vehicle systems including engine performance, suspension, brakes/ABS, HVAC and tires. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized automotive repair tools efficiently and safely. Communicate effectively within shop about repair needs, estimated timelines, and maintenance recommendations. Requirements Background with a strong foundation in automotive repair. Proficiency in reading schematics and diagnosing automotive electrical systems using modern diagnostic equipment. Mechanical knowledge across various vehicle components including engines, transmissions, powertrains. Hands-on experience with auto estimating software is a plus. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools safely and effectively. Valid driver's license, PA safety and emission license required.
