Job Description
Local Hertz Car Rental Franchisee at our University Park Airport location in State College, PA is looking for responsible and reliable Customer Service Representatives to cover multiple shifts including evening/closing and weekends. Ideal candidates should have excellent personal, organizational and computer skills. Understanding and following the car rental terms and conditions is critical. Answering phones professionally and communicating effectively with customers is essential. Candidates will be responsible for check-in of vehicles and cleaning vehicles as needed to support the rest of the Team and operations. Candidates must pass pre-employment screening which includes MVR, Drug Screen and Background Check. Skills Strong interpersonal skills Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Proficiency in computer programs like EXCEL Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Ability to work well with others in a small group and be a Team player High school degree or GED equivalent Strong work ethic
