Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as an Oil Change Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle maintenance services! In this energetic role, you will perform routine oil changes and basic vehicle inspections, ensuring our customers' vehicles run smoothly and safely. Your mechanical skills and attention to detail will help maintain our reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform oil changes efficiently using hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment, adhering to manufacturer specifications. Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues such as tire wear, fluid leaks, or brake concerns. Assist with additional maintenance tasks such as tire service, wheel alignments, and vehicle fluid top-offs. Use automotive diagnostics tools to identify mechanical issues and communicate findings clearly. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate. Support the team with heavy lifting and other physical tasks necessary for vehicle servicing. Experience Previous dealership experience or automotive repair background is highly preferred. Hands-on mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance procedures. Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment is essential. Knowledge of automotive systems including brakes, suspension, engines, and transmissions is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for every customer. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during various maintenance tasks. Service technician experience involving oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and general vehicle upkeep is highly valued. Join us in delivering top-tier automotive care!
