About Us Gear Head 1 LLC is a growing automotive repair shop committed to providing quality workmanship and honest service. We are looking for dependable, motivated technicians who take pride in their work and want to grow with our company. Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical and electrical vehicle issues Perform routine maintenance and inspections Repair engines, brakes, suspension, steering, and drivetrain components Perform oil changes, tune-ups, tire services, and other general automotive repairs Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communicate effectively with team members regarding repairs and recommendations Qualifications Previous automotive repair experience required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable with a strong work ethic Pennsylvania State Safety Inspection and Emissions Inspector License preferred Valid driver's license preferred Personal tools are preferred but not required What We're Looking For Positive attitude Reliable attendance Quality workmanship Willingness to learn and grow Customer-focused mindset Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to automotive excellence!
