We are currently looking for a motivated and outgoing Automotive Business Development Representative to help grow our brand and customer base. This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, professional, confident speaking with people, and motivated by growth and performance-based income.

Responsibilities:

Generate new business through local outreach and relationship building, Visit dealerships, automotive businesses, body shops, and local partners, Follow up with leads, quotes, and previous customers, Assist with customer communication and scheduling, Help close sales for detailing, ceramic coatings, tint, and protection services, Represent MSD professionally at events and networking opportunities, Help grow the company's local presence and reputation

Qualifications:

Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable speaking with customers and building relationships Reliable transportation required Sales or customer service experience preferred Automotive enthusiasm is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

$17-20/hr base pay depending on experience Commission opportunities Performance bonuses Growth opportunities within the company
