$23-$25 / hour, DOE About E3 Vehicles E3 Vehicles is the South Bay's premier Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) dealership and rental operation, based in Hermosa Beach. We sell and service street-legal electric carts from leading brands including Bintelli, Denago, Tomberlin, Evolution, and Madjax. We're also expanding our E3 Rentals program — placing autonomous electric rental fleets at hotels and resorts throughout Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, and Venice. We're a small, fast-moving team that takes pride in our work and our shop. What You'll Do Perform electrical and mechanical service and repair work on Low Speed Vehicles (golf cart platform) in our Hermosa Beach shop Drive a truck and trailer to deliver new and serviced vehicles to customers, hotel partners, and rental properties Run mobile service calls — diagnosing and repairing vehicles at customer locations across the South Bay Maintain our hotel rental fleet on-site — performing routine upkeep, inspections, and repairs at partner properties to keep our rental vehicles guest-ready Assist with vehicle prep, accessory installation, and pre-delivery inspections Keep the shop and work bays clean, organized, and safe Help out across the autoshop wherever needed — every team member here wears a few hats What We're Looking For Solid mechanical aptitude — comfortable with hand tools, basic diagnostics, and standard shop work Some electrical knowledge (12V/48V/72V systems a plus, but trainable for the right person) Valid CA driver's license with a clean record — you'll be driving a truck and trailer regularly Comfortable working independently on mobile and on-site jobs, and representing E3 professionally to customers and hotel staff Willing to do the unglamorous stuff (sweeping, organizing, cleaning) without being asked Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in the quality of their work Nice to Have Prior experience with golf carts, ATVs, motorcycles, e-bikes, or small EVs Trailer towing experience Customer-facing or hospitality experience (you'll occasionally be working at hotel properties) Basic familiarity with shop management systems (we use ShopMonkey) Why E3 Small team, no corporate red tape Variety — shop work, mobile service, and on-site hotel fleet maintenance, no two days the same Get in on the ground floor of our growing hotel rental program Hermosa Beach location, steps from the beach To apply: Reply with your resume or a quick rundown of your experience.
