We are looking for someone with strong diagnostic abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, and inspections Complete complex repairs including engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and electrical work Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety standards on every repair Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to maintain efficient workflow Communicate repair recommendations and findings clearly Maintain accurate documentation of services and repairs completed Perform quality control checks to ensure repairs meet performance and safety standards Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new vehicle technology and repair procedures Qualifications Previous experience as an automotive technician required Flat rate technician experience preferred Previous dealership or Nissan experience is a plus Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced shop environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be available to work Saturdays Clean driving record required Must be able to pass background, driving, and drug screenings ASE certification, state inspection license, and dealership experience are preferred but not required Benefits Competitive flat rate pay Performance bonuses and overtime opportunities Health and dental insurance 401(k) Life insurance Paid vacation time Employee discounts Wellness programs Work Environment Busy service department with a steady stream of repair work Clean, modern, air-conditioned facility Supportive team atmosphere Strong focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Equal opportunity employer Apply Today If you are looking for a long-term opportunity with a busy, family-owned dealership that values its technicians, apply today.
