Customer Service & Fulfillment Associate - Automotive Hiring Immediately. No Experience Required! Entry-level job with room to grow. We are a small e-commerce company that sells automotive touchup and spray paint throughout the US. We are looking for a full-time, motivated, high-energy, reliable individual to help propel our company to the next level. Someone who wishes to stay & grow with the company.

General Description:

Are you extremely detail-oriented? Do you love cars, love learning new skills, and take genuine pride in your work? We are looking for a motivated individual with serious "get-up-and-go" to take on a dynamic, fast-paced hybrid role. This is not a standard desk job where you sit and stare at a screen all day. In this role, you will help manage our customer support phone lines while also executing the daily physical work of our fulfillment operations. Our customers will tell you, our customer service is legendary . We have a profound respect for our customers, and you will be the voice that helps solve their problems, guides them through their automotive projects, and ensures they have an incredible experience. When you aren't on the phone, you'll be on your feet. Depending on the day, the volume of calls, and the specific challenges of the moment, you will switch seamlessly between talking to customers and preparing shipment boxes, creating product kits, or organizing inventory. If you want to grow with a dedicated team, we want to hear from you, like solving problems and want a mix of sit-down and stand-up work, this is a great fit. Knowledge, skill and abilities required:

• HS diploma or GED
• Proven ability to perform mundane or tedious tasks with high efficiency, with a focus on continuous quality improvement. Ability to answers questions and solve problems and help customer's learn more about automotive paint. (We will train you. You just need a great attitude!)
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity and perform quality work while moving fast.

Can work independently Ability to manage workflow and independently determine what work needs to be done

Work Environment:

Warehouse environment with light exposure to paint fumes and air compressor noise We are located close to the Tigard Bus/Max station Hours 7:00AM to 3:30PM, M-F. Hours may be flexible. Job does not allow working from home or the use of personal electronic devices.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to stand for 100% of a standard working day Must be able to lift 1-15 lbs occasionally, and 16-40 infrequently Must be able to perform repetitive movements If you are looking to be part of a small team with great management support and training, and you have a great work ethic, this could be a great match.
