• Job description: The Hot Tub/Golf Cart Field Service Technician position is a remote, on
• site, hourly/commission position responsible for servicing hot tubs/golf carts in a designated territory.

The technician will be responsible for Factory Warranty Work, Billable Service Work, Sales of Services and Goods and Deliveries of Golf Carts and Small Spas. This position responds to dispatch calls or work orders assigned by a central Service Department. Essential functions, but not limited to: Accurately diagnose problems or issues related to hot tubs, swim spas and golf carts and ensure all issues are properly documented and reported in a timely manner. Responsible for the repair of hot tubs, swim spas and golf carts that were previously diagnosed by a central Service Department Ensure adherence to company policies for the accurate confirmation, acceptance and closing of service calls Responsible for the appropriate documentation of all service activity Responsible for the processing and accurate maintenance of stock and the documentation of equipment, parts and consumables inventory Responsible for the documentation and return of certain defective equipment to a central location for return to vendors Interface professionally and pleasantly with sales staff and customers regarding repairs and delivery in a timely. Ensure proper maintenance and care of company vehicle, tools and equipment Ensure the accurate documentation of deliveries with pictures and signed paperwork Maintain an accurate schedule and be punctual for all service and delivery appointments Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Strong problem solving and diagnostic skills required Excellent customer service and organizational skills required Must be able to work independently, take initiative Must be able to operate and maintain a company vehicle (valid driver license and clean driving record required) Basic Computer skills are required Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical and plumbing a plus Technician will be attending a (2) week PAID training course at our Head quarters in Johnson City Tennessee. Physical Requirements and Working Environment Must be able to carry and lift up to 75 lbs. Must be able to work in tight spaces to perform repairs or replace components Must be able to work in an outside environment this includes Heat, Cold, Wind, Rain and other Environmental Conditions. Must be able to work lying down on ground, kneeling, bending and reaching.
