• Michigan. We pride ourselves on honest work, fast service, and taking care of customers the right way. As we expand, we're looking for a reliable technician to join our team in a hybrid shop/mobile role. Position Overview This is a hybrid role where you'll split time between:
• Working in our shop on larger or more complex repairs
• Traveling to customer locations for on-site diagnostics and repairs within a 40-mile service radius This position starts hourly, then transitions into a performance-based flat rate system with higher earning potential. Pay Structure First 90 Days (Training/Onboarding): $20
• 30 per hour (based on experience) After 90

Days:

Transition to flat rate pay system

• Equivalent earning potential of $20
• 50+ per hour based on efficiency
• Performance bonuses available
• High performers will earn at the top end or above Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, slide-outs, etc.)
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Complete mobile service calls professionally and efficiently
• Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions
• Document work performed and parts used
• Maintain tools and service vehicle

Schedule Hybrid Schedule:

• Shop days at our Millington location
• Mobile service days within a 40-mile radius Monday-Friday (flexibility based on workload) Optional overtime Qualifications
• RVTI or NRVTA Certifications a Plus
• Experience in RV, automotive, HVAC, electrical, or similar field preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Good communication and customer service skills
