THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for experienced RV Service Technicians to join our growing network of independent subcontractors. This is a 1099 position — you set your own availability, choose the work orders you want, and keep the majority of every dollar billed. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform RV service and repair work assigned via digital work orders Diagnose and repair issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, LP/propane, roofing, appliances, and mechanical systems Conduct pre-purchase inspections, pre-season checkups, and winterization / de-winterization services Communicate professionally with customers on-site and document completed work Maintain quality standards consistent with

RVIA/RVDA

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of experience in RV service, repair, or a closely related trade (automotive, HVAC, plumbing, electrical) RVIA or RVDA certification strongly preferred — will consider experienced non-certified techs Solid working knowledge of at least 2-3 of the following: water systems, 12V/120V electrical, LP/propane, HVAC, roof sealing, appliances, slide-outs Own reliable transportation and a complete set of tools Strong communication skills and professional appearance Ability to work independently without direct supervision Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be legally eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor in the United States

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS 50-55

% of labor revenue per completed job (rate varies by service category — see Exhibit A in subcontractor agreement) Paid weekly upon job completion and customer invoice collection No minimum hours — accept the work orders that fit your schedule Parts and materials supplied by TrueNorth at no cost to you Pre-approved expense reimbursement for out-of-pocket job costs Opportunity to grow your income as TrueNorth expands its customer base

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

This is a 1099 independent subcontractor position. You are not an employee of TrueNorth RV Services. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and benefits. TrueNorth does not withhold income tax or provide workers' compensation coverage for contractors. A formal subcontractor agreement will be provided prior to your first assignment.

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
