RV Technician Experienced (Electrical / HVAC / RV Systems Required)

Inside Out RV LLC is a growing, family-owned RV repair company serving the Snohomish County area since 2015. As demand continues to increase, we are looking to bring on experienced RV technicians who are serious about their trade and committed to long-term growth. We are not hiring apprentices at this time . Applicants must have hands-on experience in RV systems, AC/DC electrical, or HVAC . What We're Looking For Proven experience in RV repair, AC/DC electrical systems, or HVAC Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently Self-motivated and disciplined (no micromanagement) Comfortable working directly with customers and explaining findings Desire to continue learning and advancing in the trade Core Responsibilities Perform diagnostics and repairs across RV systems: Electrical (AC/DC, solar, converters, inverters, batteries) HVAC (furnaces, A/C units) Plumbing (fresh, gray, black systems) LP systems (leak detection, repairs, installs) Appliances (fridges, water heaters, etc.) Service and repair: Roof systems (maintenance, reseal, replacement) Slide-outs, leveling systems, awnings Trailer wiring, brake controllers, bearings, and brakes Complete winterizations and general maintenance Work with warranty and insurance jobs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace What Sets Us Apart Small, family-oriented shop — you're not just a number High standard of work — we focus on quality, long-term repairs Direct access to parts distributors Opportunity for growth and advancement as the company expands A work environment where your skills and knowledge are valued Additional Information Shop-based position (must be reliable and punctual) Military-experienced candidates encouraged to apply Must be legally eligible to work in this role If you're looking for a career—not just a job—and already have the experience to contribute immediately , we want to hear from you.
