The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair, along with excellent driving skills. As a Mechanic you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles as well as providing exceptional customer service . Your mechanical knowledge and conflict management skills will be essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. Responsibilities Mechanic with at least 5 years experience in mechanical and/or autobody field. ASE certifications/ mechanical certifications are a PLUS. Strong knowledge and background of use of scanner tools. Perform automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle conditions. Load and unload vehicles with care to prevent damage. Maintain accurate records of services performed and vehicle conditions. Communicate effectively with customers to address their needs and concerns. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road. Manage conflicts professionally when dealing with distressed customers or challenging situations. Skills Strong automotive diagnostics skills to identify vehicle issues quickly. Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle repair and maintenance. Proficient in driving both manual transmission and automatic vehicles. Experience in automotive repair is a plus. Excellent conflict management abilities to handle customer interactions calmly. Strong customer service skills to ensure positive experiences for clients. Ability to work independently while following company protocols.
