WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY IS
This is not a receptionist job. This is a sales and operations role inside a high-speed auto repair shop .
You will:
Answer inbound calls and convert them into same-day appointments Control the schedule with urgency (not convenience) Present safety-first repair recommendations Close work quickly and confidently Follow up on declined work (next day, no exceptions)
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Calls answered by the 3rd ring — every time Every call starts with: "Yes, we can take care of that today." Vehicles checked in and moving within 15 minutes You sell the first safety item fast , not full estimates You keep cars, not send them away You follow up and recover missed sales
HOW YOU GET PAID
100% performance-based (no base pay)
Target:
~18% of total store gross profit (team-based front counter) The more you produce, the more you earn No caps
Translation:
Low performers struggle. High performers win big.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
