RESPONSIBILITIES
: Advanced Diagnostics & Repair:
Efficiently diagnose, maintain, and repair complex vehicle automotive systems—including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and air conditioning—to manufacturer standards. Routine & Preventative Maintenance:
Promptly perform precision routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, comprehensive tune-ups, multi-wheel alignments, and complete brake service repairs. Quality & Safety Inspections:
Inspect, road-test, and evaluate both customer vehicles and new inventory for necessary adjustments, ensuring a flawless and safe driving experience prior to customer handover. Technical Documentation:
Systematically and accurately input diagnostic data, repair steps, and recommended maintenance into the shop's computerized management systems. Clear Team Communication:
Collaborate seamlessly with Service Advisors and parts team members to deliver accurate repair timelines and transparent cost estimates for clients. QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Minimum 1+ years of professional automotive repair experience as a technician, mechanic, or equivalent hands-on role. Technical Proficiency:
Strong mechanical aptitude, advanced troubleshooting skills, and a solid working knowledge of modern diagnostic and repair equipment. Digital Literacy:
Ability to effectively operate diagnostic scanners and input repair order details into computer-based dealership systems. Professional Mindset:
Detail-oriented, highly customer-focused, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient shop environment. Requirements:
• Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean, insurable driving record. Ability to successfully pass a standard pre-employment drug screen and BCI background check. BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
