Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately diagnose their vehicle's issues
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance
- Upsell additional services or products to customers
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and vehicle service history
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service provided
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in auto service management or as a service advisor preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales ability and experience in upselling products or services
- Familiarity with diesel engine repair, tire service, and auto body repair is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
