Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Technician, where your expertise will drive excellence in vehicle maintenance and repair. In this energetic role, you'll diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of automotive systems, ensuring our customers' vehicles operate safely and efficiently. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will be vital in delivering top-tier automotive service, supporting the ongoing success of our shop. This is a flat rate position and you will need to own all tools required to repair and maintain vehicles. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle components including powertrain, suspension, brakes, and multiple componets of all vehicles. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to execute repairs efficiently and safely. Complete vehicle inspections to ensure the customers vehicles are in great working order! Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Maintain detailed service records, complete auto estimating tasks accurately, and adhere to dealership standards for quality and safety. Experience Proven Automotive experience as an Automotive Technician or Service Technician with a strong background in automotive repair. Hands-on experience working with all makes and models. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, ADAS technology, powertrain components, and engine repair. Skilled in using diagnostic software, schematics interpretation, and automotive diagnostics tools. Mechanical experience with vehicle maintenance routines including oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and alignments. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance standards for both Domestic and Foreign vehicles. Strong customer service skills combined with auto estimating proficiency to deliver transparent service experiences. $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
