OTR Tire Technician / Boom Truck Operator

Commercial Tire Technician Monday-Friday. No nights. No weekends. Steady work and the chance to make real money if you're willing to work for it. Tire Repair Center is looking for someone who knows how to work and isn't afraid of it. This is hands-on work servicing tires on commercial trucks, farm equipment, and off-road equipment in the field and in the shop. This is not light-duty work. You'll be handling large, heavy tires, working outdoors in the heat and the cold, and going out on job sites where the work actually happens. We'd prefer someone who can hit the ground running, but we're willing to train the right person who shows up every day, works hard, and wants to learn a trade. You won't be stuck in a bay all day. You'll be out on farms, construction sites, and yards handling equipment that keeps businesses moving. Schedule Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM No nights. No weekends. What You'll Do Run a boom truck to handle large off-road and equipment tires in the field Service OTR, farm, construction, and commercial truck tires Perform tire repairs, replacements, and service calls Work both in the field and at the shop Complete service tickets and communicate clearly with the team What We're Looking For Experience with OTR or heavy equipment tires preferred Able to operate a boom truck or willing to learn Valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to pass a drug test and background check Able to handle physical work and work outdoors in all conditions Someone who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in doing the job right Nice to Have (but not required) CDL Forklift experience Pay & Benefits $25/hour to $95,000+ per year depending on experience and production Higher earnings come from being productive, efficient, and able to handle more work without being managed Weekly pay 11 paid holidays (including the week of Christmas) Paid time off 401(k) with company match We're a family business.
