Pay Determined From Experience. Mechanical or Contractor Experience Required. Camper Experience Preferred But Not Required. Hourly Pay (Monday-Friday) Primary areas of accountability and responsibility, but not limited to the following Performing refurbishment work in RV's Including panel work, carpentry works, cabinet repairs, flooring modifications, and chassis modifications Troubleshooting and repairing leaks, sealing windows and doors Troubleshooting and repairing electrical circuits and components, repairing and replacing appliances Troubleshooting and repairing gas lines and components, troubleshooting and repairing AC units and systems Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing / hot-water systems, sinks, showers and toilets Completing PDI's as assigned (PDI
  • Pre Delivery Inspection) Wash And Seal Washing Exterior Sealing Camper Shop Responsibilities Ensuring tasks are completed in a manner so the workshop and yard is kept clean and operationally safe at all times, free of trip hazards, fall hazards, materials and tools are replaced in their location in an organized and safe manner and completing all tasks in compliance with OSHA.
Assisting clean-up at the end of each day, the workshop is to be swept, trash disposed of and tools & equipment returned to their designated locations. Making recommendations and implementing procedures, methods, training, that improve the productivity of the workshop operations. Taking responsibility for and providing your own tools of trade Completing all work in a productive and efficient manner at all times, conducting tasks in a professional and cautious manner, performing work to professionally acceptable standards, performing work to the standards dictated by Recreation USA, and delivering a quality end product.
