Responsibilities:

Providing automotive locksmithing to the public, mostly duplicate key situations. Occasionally we also provide our services to dealerships when needed. Typical work includes duplicate car keys, remotes, and fobs as well as other locksmith related automotive work. Maintaining customer relations and working directly with the public to service their needs. Administrative duties to include but not limited to billing / invoicing, inventory management, and precise communication with our team as well as customers. Attendance -

CRITICAL:

each of our stores is managed by one Store Manager, so we heavily depend on a technician that will show up every day on time and for the duration of the stores hours. Vacation requests are not an issue; but we require a 2 week notice so that we can find someone to cover your store. Time management and multitasking multiple jobs at once Store Management - keeping the cleanliness of your store; taking out trash, cleaning bathroom, sweeping lobby, etc. Enjoy the challenge of what you do.

Required Work Experience:

No direct locksmith experience is required, however, previous experience as a skilled automotive technician, mechanic, or technical trade repair of any kind is helpful and encouraged. General knowledge of vehicles and their systems is a huge plus. Basic computer skills is a requirement. Problem solving, dedication and the will to persevere are requirements. Professional, positive, willing attitude is a requirement. The desire to learn and succeed is a requirement. Organizational and Time Management skills are requirements. High school level education is a requirement. Further education / certifications are a plus. Meeting goals is a requirement. Nationwide Criminal Background check is a requirement. Must be able to pass regular drug screens 2 year minimum of work history (of any kind) is a requirement. All of these requirements must be met for consideration.
