Job Description

Compensation & Benefits:

Shift:
6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Week 1: Work 3 days / Off 4 days Week 2: Work 4 days / Off 3 days Built-in long weekends every other week Only work half the month More time for family, hobbies, and life outside of work
What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot and repair production equipment with minimal downtime Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities Utilize mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC troubleshooting skills Support robotic systems, welding processes, presses, and automated equipment Document repairs and PM activities within SAP Partner with Production and Quality teams to keep operations running efficiently Participate in continuous improvement initiatives—your ideas matter here Follow all OSHA, HSE, ISO, and environmental requirements
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required Associate's Degree, Apprenticeship Program completion, or Journeyman's card preferred Experience in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Experience with PLCs, pneumatics, fabrication, SAP, or automated manufacturing environments is a plus Why Join Us? Pay:
$30.00 - $37.00 per hour
