Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Being ready to engage with our customers in a welcoming, friendly manner and ensure a great customer experience for every guest Qualifications Entry level qualifications preferred, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent Basic Computer skills Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality Enjoy working in a fast paced environment Team player Must have clean & valid driver's license About Us At Watertown Ford Chrysler, we offer a professional working environment with continuous opportunity for both personal and career development.
