Service Advisor:
Greet service customers, listen to concerns, and provide clear repair recommendations and estimates Sell and promote vehicle maintenance, repair services, and protection plans Build lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up Accurately document repair orders and work with technicians to ensure timely, quality repairs Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated throughout the service process Help maintain strong CSI, profitability, and compliance with OEM guidelines Qualifications/Requirements•
Service Advisor:
1+ year of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred OR Automotive Sales, Parts, or Service experience in a dealership, RV, Powersports, Motorcycle, or Marine environment Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Please upload your resume.
