Compensation PAY:

$75,000 to $150,000 per year, DOE Sign-On Bonus Available for Qualified Candidates Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Personal Time Off Ongoing Training Opportunities Modern Equipment and Technology Stable Monday-Friday Schedule No Weekends Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No Nights | No Weekends Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repair services on domestic and import vehicles Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns Complete brake, suspension, steering, engine, and drivetrain repairs Perform vehicle inspections and identify recommended maintenance services Document diagnostics, repairs, and recommendations accurately Communicate effectively with service advisors and management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Stay current with automotive technology and repair procedures Qualifications Previous experience as an Automotive Service Technician or Automotive Mechanic Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset Preferred Qualifications ASE Certifications (preferred; or willingness to obtain certifications with company support and training provided) 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience Why Join A & R Complete Auto Care?
