Job Summary•Quick Lube Carolina LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lube Technician for our Tennessee location. This role is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance, primarily oil changes and fluid checks, to ensure customer vehicles operate safely and efficiently. Job Responsibilities•Perform oil changes, including draining old oil, replacing oil filters, and refilling with new oil according to vehicle specifications. Check and top off various fluid levels (e.g., windshield washer fluid, power steering fluid, brake fluid, coolant) and report any issues or low levels to customers. Inspect vehicle components such as tires, belts, hoses, and lights for wear and tear, and advise customers of potential concerns. Lubricate chassis components where applicable. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and equipment. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures. Communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations and vehicle status. Operate point-of-sale systems and accurately record service details. Assist in maintaining inventory of oil, filters, and other related supplies. Job Qualifications•High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in automotive maintenance or a similar role is preferred, but not required (training will be provided). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
