Job Description

Columbia CDJR in Columbia, TN is looking for self-motivated technicians to join our team in a family-owned dealership! We are looking for someone focused on a career and growth and not looking for someone that only wants a job. Responsibilities:
Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential problems and ensure vehicle safety Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each repair or maintenance task Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns - Keep up-to-date with automotive technology advancements and attend training as required
Skills:
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot vehicle issues Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals Experience in equipment repair, such as welding or auto body repair, is a plus Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their automotive needs Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills to diagnose complex vehicle problems accurately Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of repairs Knowledge of proper vehicle maintenance procedures to prevent future issues
