Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics, with the ability to work on various vehicle systems including powertrain and electrical systems. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of vehicle maintenance and repair. Duties Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and determine necessary repairs. Conduct repairs on diesel engines, automotive electrical systems, and other vehicle components. Perform suspension work to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Weld components as needed for repairs or modifications. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs and repair options. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining quality standards. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive repair, including diesel engine repair and powertrain systems. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems and diagnostics. Perform welding tasks as required. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in all aspects of work. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred. ASE certification or equivalent training is a plus but not required.
