We are an established, fast-paced independent repair facility with a highly loyal customer base and empty bays ready to be fed. We don't run a chaotic garage; we operate a structured, efficient sales and production pipeline. Our shop is built on transparency, digital workflow, and high gross-profit execution. We are seeking a Lead Service Advisor with a killer sales instinct and a proven track record of maintaining a high Average Repair Order (ARO) while delivering a premium customer experience. Production Support:
A team of technicians capable of performing comprehensive digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) and executing heavy mechanical work efficiently. You won't have to worry about selling jobs the back shop can't produce.
The Workflow:
High car count, quality parts partnerships for fast delivery, and a seamless shop management system designed to let you spend your time selling, not chasing paper.
Professional Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. No weekends. We respect your personal time; we work hard during business hours, hit our targets, and lock the doors on time. What We Position You to
Do:
Drive Profitability:
Take ownership of the front counter. Turn incoming phone calls and walk-ins into high-margin diagnostic and repair opportunities. Maximize the
Ticket:
Translate technician inspections into clear, value-driven, professional presentations for the customer. Maintain a high closing ratio on major mechanical repairs. Manage the
Flow:
Orchestrate the daily schedule between the front counter and the shop floor to ensure maximum bay utilization, accurate promise times, and elite customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
A proven, verifiable track record as a top-producing Automotive Service Advisor (Independent or Dealership). Deep understanding of service sales metrics (Gross Profit, ARO, and labor-to-parts ratios). Excellent communication skills—you know how to build immediate trust, explain complex repairs simply, and close the deal without being high-pressure. Experience with modern shop management software and Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) is highly preferred. How to
