In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help keep our customers' vehicles in top condition, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse automotive systems, utilize advanced diagnostic tools, and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various vehicle components including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain systems. Conduct oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with manufacturer standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for repairs such as auto body work, and component replacements. Service ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) to meet modern vehicle technology demands. Follow detailed repair procedures based on schematics and technical manuals; communicate findings clearly to customers or team members. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during all automotive repair activities. Qualifications Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance. Dealership experience is highly preferred for familiarity with manufacturer-specific procedures. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostics tools is essential. Hands-on experience with diesel engine repair, brake repair, wheel alignment, suspension work, and tire service. Ability to work with various hand tools, power tools, and automotive service machinery. Familiarity with GM vehicles or other major brands is a plus; certification in ADAS or air brake systems is advantageous. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills to explain repairs clearly and build trust.
