In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of manufacturing equipment and systems to ensure smooth production operations. Your expertise will help optimize plant performance, minimize downtime, and uphold safety standards across the facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your technical skills and proactive approach will make a significant impact. Duties Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Troubleshoot complex machinery issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to identify root causes quickly. Repair and replace defective parts on production lines, including welding (including welding), electrical components, and mechanical assemblies. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to diagnose and modify control systems for optimal operation. Operate precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to assess electrical and mechanical performance. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Assist with field service tasks involving high voltage systems, low voltage controls, HVAC/R systems, and scissor lifts to ensure safety and compliance. Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing equipment performance data and recommending enhancements. Follow safety protocols related to industrial electrician work, high voltage handling, and general maintenance procedures. Collaborate with team members across shifts to ensure seamless operations and quick resolution of issues. Skills Extensive experience working within a manufacturing facility environment with a focus on industrial maintenance. Strong electrical experience including troubleshooting high voltage and low voltage systems using schematics and testing tools. Proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, and industrial control systems. Knowledge of hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, welding techniques (including welding), and mechanical repair practices. Stamping press maintenance is a plus. Experience operating industrial equipment such as scissor lifts safely in accordance with OSHA standards. Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing complex machinery issues efficiently. Background in industrial mechanic or electrician roles within manufacturing settings; Strong customer service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly with a diverse teams. .Join us as an essential part of our manufacturing team where your technical expertise drives innovation!
