What Youll Do:

Assist experienced RV technicians with repairs and maintenance Learn to diagnose and repair RV systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances) Perform basic service tasks including inspections and minor repairs Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company standards

What Were Looking For:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Basic mechanical or technical aptitude Ability to use hand and power tools Positive attitude and team player mindset Valid drivers license RV, automotive, construction, or trade school experience is a plus (not required)
