Responsibilities Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, and routine vehicle maintenance with precision and efficiency Conduct wheel alignments to ensure optimal vehicle handling and tire longevity Service tires by mounting, balancing, rotating, and inspecting for wear or damage Use hand tools and power tools to perform basic repairs and mechanical adjustments Diagnose common automotive issues using diagnostic equipment and mechanical knowledge Assist customers by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance or repairs Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times Skills Previous dealership or automotive repair experience preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance procedures Experience performing oil changes, alignments, tire services, and basic repairs Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to lift heavy objects safely during tire service or maintenance tasks Knowledge of automotive service standards and safety protocols Join us in delivering top-quality automotive care while advancing your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment!
