Job Description

High Drive Performance is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing team. While we're known for performance builds, tuning, and custom projects, we're looking for a technician whose primary focus is general automotive repair, diagnostics, maintenance, and suspension work. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants an opportunity to grow into more advanced performance and specialty work over time. Responsibilities Vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting Brake repair and replacement Suspension and steering repairs Tire mounting, balancing, and repair Wheel alignments Engine repair and replacement Cooling system repairs Drivability concerns and check engine light diagnosis Preventative maintenance and inspections Accurate documentation and communication with service advisors Qualifications 3+ years of automotive repair experience preferred Strong diagnostic skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience with scan tools and modern vehicle systems Valid driver's license Own tools required Alignment experience is a major plus Performance vehicle experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For We're not looking for someone who only changes oil and rotates tires. Technicians who demonstrate strong work ethic and ability will have opportunities to learn performance upgrades, engine builds, forced induction systems, and advanced diagnostics.
