Willing to train. Prefer someone with some Mitchell One experience. But not necessary. Automotive experience is a plus. Duties Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs using computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools. Explain repair procedures clearly, providing detailed estimates for services such as oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, tire services, transmission repairs, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and collision repairs. Collaborate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work while maintaining high quality standards. Upsell additional services by identifying customer needs through mechanical knowledge and automotive diagnostics expertise. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately and efficiently while processing payments for services rendered. Maintain organized records of all service orders, estimates, and customer interactions to ensure seamless workflow. Promote automotive repair services confidently to enhance sales opportunities while delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements Automotive experience a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers of all backgrounds. Ability in auto estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating. Knowledge of automotive systems including air brakes, alignments, suspensions, transmissions, and auto body repair techniques. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive various vehicles safely. Customer-focused attitude combined with sales skills to upsell services confidently without pressure.
