Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ford Quick Lane Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform quick, efficient automotive repairs and maintenance services to keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly. Your expertise will help ensure high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and the continued success of our dealership. Duties Conduct routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and brake inspections Perform automotive diagnostics to identify mechanical issues accurately Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete repairs efficiently and safely Assist with vehicle inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions Support sales efforts by recommending additional services or products when appropriate Handle heavy lifting and physical tasks required for vehicle servicing and maintenance Qualifications Dealership experience or automotive repair background
